Lauren completed her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing in 2012 and Bachelor of Applied Science in 2014. The call of the wild then took her all over the world, including a stint working at Toronto Zoo in Canada.

 

After returning to New Zealand, Lauren worked in small animal practices across Auckland and Nelson. A recent move to Christchurch sees Lauren bringing her passion for surgery and rehabilitation to the AOC team as Head Nurse.

 

In her spare time, Lauren can be found exploring the outdoors with her partner Jordan; when not instructed to stay home by Frankie, her 10-year-old ginger cat.
