After spending the previous two years travelling and working abroad, Kristina completed her Certificate in Veterinary Nursing in 2013. She embarked on her professional journey at Vetspecs, a small animal specialist, where she started as a new graduate Veterinary Nurse that same year.

 

In 2021, when Vetspecs closed its doors, Kristina found a new home at Animal Orthopaedics Christchurch. She wholeheartedly embraced her role in the caring, kind and hardworking team, thoroughly enjoying the experience.

 

With a deep passion for her patients and their owners, Kristina strives to always provide gold-standard care. Her dedication to learning is evident as she cherishes the opportunity to encounter new challenges and experiences each day.

 

Beyond veterinary nursing, Kristina has a love for exploring the outdoors, travelling, savouring good food and wine and spending quality time with family and friends.

At home, Kristina lives with her husband Mark, and fur kids River and Onyx. River is a Staffy Cross and Onyx is a long-haired moggy who found his forever home after being dropped off at Kristina's previous workplace with many broken bones.
